Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Xindar is operated by Wenwu Jiang, an individual based in Suzhou, China.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Xindar, an online service that monitors how AI platforms present your brand (the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a subscription or buying a report, you agree to these Terms for yourself and for the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Xindar sends monitoring questions to AI platforms (currently ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok) through their APIs, records the answers, and analyzes them for brand mentions, rankings, sentiment and cited sources. Results appear in your dashboard and reports and, depending on your plan, can trigger email alerts. AI answers are produced by third parties, change over time and can be inaccurate. The Service reports what the AI platforms said at the time of collection; we do not control those platforms and do not guarantee any visibility, ranking or business result.

2. Accounts

The Service is for businesses. You must give accurate account and company information and keep it up to date, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. The person who creates the company account is its owner and can manage billing and members; members invited by the owner can use the dashboards and monitoring settings.

3. Plans, billing and renewal

Plans, prices and limits are as shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for these sales. Creem handles the payment, any applicable sales tax or VAT, and your invoices and receipts, and its terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at your plan’s then-current price until you cancel. If we change prices, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal. If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; monitoring then pauses until a payment succeeds.

4. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation

You can upgrade at any time from your billing page. An upgrade takes effect immediately, and the prorated price difference for the rest of the current billing period is charged right away. Downgrades are not available online: you can let your current plan run to the end of its period and then subscribe to a lower plan, or contact us. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the Service continues as normal until then. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. One-off diagnosis reports

You can buy a one-off AI visibility diagnosis report without a subscription; you need to be signed in. After payment, the report is generated automatically, usually within minutes, and delivered through a private link in your account. It reflects the AI answers collected at the time it was generated.

6. Plan limits

Each plan has limits, such as the number of brands, monitored questions, collection frequency, team members and ad-hoc questions. Requests that would exceed your limits are declined. If your plan ends or changes to a lower one, your existing data is kept, but brands and questions beyond the new limits are not collected, and you can remove items but not add new ones until you are back within your limits.

7. Your data and content

You keep all rights to the company information, brand details and questions you provide. You give us the permission we need to use them to run the Service, for example to send your monitoring questions to AI platforms and to analyze the answers. You may use the dashboards, reports and exports we produce for you for your internal business purposes and share them as you choose. AI answers and the sources they cite are third-party content, and you are responsible for how you use them. After your plan ends, your dashboards stay available read-only and you can still export your data. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: • use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone’s rights; • access, or try to access, other customers’ data, or get around security measures or plan limits; • scrape, overload or reverse engineer the Service; • resell the Service, or give third parties access to it, without a separate agreement with us; • submit information you are not entitled to use. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including the AI platforms we monitor, Creem for payments, Google for optional sign-in, and providers for hosting and email delivery. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for the content of AI answers.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Collection can be delayed or incomplete when an AI platform is unavailable or changes how it works. We may improve, change or retire features; if a change would materially reduce what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.

11. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and the accuracy of AI-generated content. Insights and recommendations are for information only and are not legal, financial or other professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription as described above. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, fails to pay, or puts the Service or other customers at risk. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, notify account owners by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
